Online Privacy

Rick Mercer lays a smack-down on Vic Toews and Bill C-30, his warrantless online spying legislation.

Remember folks… you’re either with the philandering old pervert accused of shtupping his babysitter or you’re with the pedophiles and child pornographers. Sorry, but those are the only available choices on offer in Harperland.

With 100,000 men in this country viewing violent sexual activity toward young children. They need to be caught but lets catch them as quickly as possible…if that means changing the law to get them…then we must. However, to do that we do not need to spy on people.

Gosh, I did not know we had so much catholic clergy in this country… 100 000 you say?

  5. I find it somewhat hard to believe…

So do I. 20%? That’s way too low.

100,000 look like a very round number. And of course, 87.31% of statistics are fabricated anyway.

  7. Indeed. Everyone knows that 90.2% of statistics are “damned lies” estimated to be accurate within 3.1 percentage points, 19 times out of 20.
