Keep an eye on this kid — I think he’s got definite potential.
YouTube videos where people yammer on at their webcam aren’t usually enjoyable, but this young fellow is quite funny and occasionally insightful.
A future Canadian version of Jon Stewart? Hey, who knows… If so, that would certainly be nice. We need some observational commentary that isn’t on channel 100-whatever (Newsnet, C-PAC, for example) and the usual collection of creaky fossils, grumpy pundits and snarky chowderheads that we’re forced to endure as arbiters of our political scene. Time for some new blood!

well…. the kid is attractive, I only watched a bit, – he’s naive, needs to be updated – prostitutes these days are referred to as sex trade workers, their clients are not ugly people who can’t get sex and serial killers rather often some of the so called elite of our society. etc. But that’s how it may appear from the basement in the burbs eh.
live and learn when every computer is your voice box and YouTube is your theatre
First of all, it’s meant to be comedic, so a certain amount of license has to be granted on that basis.
Second, while they may be referred to as “sex trade workers” I think most people would use the term “prostitutes” to describe people who traffic in sexual favours for money. Are those who avail themselves of such services ugly? Quite probably so, but then let’s face it, most people aren’t that attractive, so he’s likely not too far off the mark there. As for the serial killer thing, I’d chalk that up to an attempt at humour, but one that was kind of feeble and not terribly funny.
Third, it’s the amazing world of the Intertubes where, yes, everyone can act out to an online theatre… Which is kind of cool in some respects and others, not so much so.
Hey, I just thought the kid had talent. Good timing, funny wit, etc. I’d like to see more.

This is what killed satire for an entire generation… Mine.
I like this kid.
ok ok, in my busy life, I came back to watch this again – and see what you mean. I wish him well.
