Reconstructed, dessicated hippie crap. These people were crazy when they were younger and I doubt dotage is making them any less so.

Ti-Guy,
You disappoint me. Take off your blinders and see the future.
Stewart Brand isn’t trying to spin you or anybody. He is a wise man. Clearly someone who has been around the block once or twice.
Nuclear power is indeed our greenest choice. The media and the environmentalists are wrong.
GM, well I don’t know enough to have an intelligent opinion. But I sure the like the idea of being open minded.
Third world socio-economic demographics he described were fascinating. They also made sense.
Geoengineering is a bizarre idea. But who knows what we will try next. I’ve heard of iron filings in the ocean, painting roofs white, and little tiny mirrors out on space. Why not trying to blow something up? (hehe)
Two people have posted on this video, which is far more provocative, original and important than any of the political material on this blog. I guess that speaks to what we think we care about.
RT, thanks for posting this, and keep up the good work.
